  • Health Checks are done through prior appointments. Appointments can be taken for all weekdays except Sundays.
  • We request you to kindly observe the appointment timings, so that the reports can be provided to you on time.
  • You are advised to observe 12 hours of fasting. Hence it is recommended that you do not eat anything after 8:00 P.M. the previous night.
  • Please do not consume alcohol on the previous night.
  • Please bring your morning stool and urine samples along with you on the date of the health check. One can collect the containers from the Health Check Department at THUNGA in advance as per their convenience.
  • In case you are under certain daily medication (for blood pressure), then you can take your medication with water and inform the same to the Health Check Executives before commencing the health check. You can also carry along medication (for diabetes) and take it as per the instructions of the Health Check Executives.
  • In case you are under certain medication and/or are suffering from previous disease, you are advised to bring the previous Medical records.
  • Pap smear Test cannot be conducted for the ladies during their Menstrual cycle.
  • You are advised to remove all you’re your jewellery before the Health Check.
  • Expecting mothers are requested to inform the X-ray dept about their pregnancy before getting it done, since X-ray will be harmful to the baby in the womb.
  • Men are requested to come with clean shaven chest for the stress test.
